Cahill Represents Lead Banks in Amended & Restated Credit Facility for Las Vegas Sands

Cahill represented The Bank of Nova Scotia as administrative agent, Barclays Bank as lead arranger and the other arrangers and titled banks in connection with the amendment and restatement of Las Vegas Sands $3,500,000,000 Term B loan and revolving credit facility. Proceeds from the amendment will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
