Cahill represented the sole book-runner in connection with secondary sale under Rule 144A of $1,399,257,000 aggregate principal amount of 14.5% Senior PIK Notes due 2019 issued by First Data Holdings Inc., a global technology and payments processing leader. First Data did not receive any proceeds from the sale of the notes by the Selling Noteholders.
