Cahill represented J.P. Morgan, UBS Investment Bank, Jefferies, KeyBanc Capital Markets, and Morgan Stanley as joint book-running managers and Barclays and SMBC Nikko as co-managers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $450,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.50% Senior Notes due 2022 by JLL/Delta Dutch Newco B.V. Proceeds from the offering were placed into escrow to be used in connection with the company’s pending acquisition of the outstanding equity securities of Patheon Inc. and the pharmaceutical products business of Koninklijke DSM N.V.
