Cahill represented Citigroup as sole book-running manager in connection with the secondary public offering by certain shareholders of PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE: PBF), valued at $382,500,000. The offering made available 15,000,000 shares of common stock. The selling stockholders received all of the proceeds of the sale.
