Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amended and Restated Credit Facility for U.S. Renal Care

Cahill represented Barclays Bank PLC as administrative agent and the lead arrangers, in connection with the amendment and restatement of U.S. Renal Care, Inc.’s First Lien Credit Agreement, including a $225,000,000 incremental increase of the first lien term loan facility, and the amendment and restatement of U.S. Renal Care, Inc.’s Second Lien Credit Agreement, including a $25,000,000 increase thereto.
