Cahill represented Citigroup as sole underwriter in connection with the public offering of 7,000,000 shares of Common Stock of Caesars Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ: CZR), resulting in gross proceeds of $135,800,000. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
