Cahill Represents Financing Sources in Acquisition of IMG by William Morris Endeavor

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank and Barclays Bank as administrative agents and the lead arrangers in connection with the approximately $2.5 billion credit facility, comprised of a $1,900,000,000 Term B loan, a $450,000,000 Second Lien Term B loan, and a $100,000,000 revolving credit agreement for William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, LLC, one of the world's largest talent agencies, with offices in Beverly Hills, New York, Nashville, London, and Miami. Proceeds from the facility were used in connection with William Morris Endeavor’s acquisition of talent and marketing agency IMG Worldwide Inc.
