Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in €145 Million Notes Offering by Huntsman

Cahill represented Barclays and HSBC as joint book-running managers in connection with the Rule 144A add-on offering of €145,000,000 aggregate principal amount of  5.125% Senior Notes due 2021 by Huntsman International LLC. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes.
