Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $225 Million Refinancing for Spencer Gifts

Cahill represented Wells Fargo as administrative agent and lead arranger and the other lead arrangers in connection with a $225,000,000 credit facility for Spencer Gifts LLC. Proceeds will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
