Cahill Represents Global Bookrunners in €500 Million Notes Offering by Dufry

Cahill represented the joint global coordinators and bookrunners and the other joint bookrunners in connection with the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.5% Senior Notes due 2022 by Dufry Finance SCA. Proceeds from the offering will be used to finance Dufry's pending acquisition of leading global travel retailer Nuance.
