Cahill Represents The Empire District Electric Company in $200 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented The Empire District Electric Company in connection with its new $200,000,000 revolving credit facility. Wells Fargo served as administrative agent and sole lead arranger. The revolving credit facility will be used for working capital, general corporate purposes and to back-up the Company’s use of commercial paper.
