Cahill Represents Praxair in €500 Million Public Offering

Cahill represented Praxair, Inc. in connection with its public offering of €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 1.625% Senior Notes due 2025. Proceeds from the offering are to be used for general corporate purposes, including repayment of debt and share repurchases.
