Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $610 Million Credit Facility for CAA

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and lead arranger and Credit Suisse, UBS Securities, and Nomura Securities as lead arrangers in connection with the $610,000,000 credit facility, comprised of a $510,000,000 Term B loan, and a 100,000,000 revolving credit facility for Creative Artist Agency, LLC, a leading entertainment and sports agency. Proceeds from the facility were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
