Cahill represented SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. as lead arranger in connection with a $240,000,000 Term B Loan for General Communications, Inc. Proceeds from the loan were used to complete General Communication’s Inc.’s acquisition of Alaska Communications’ wireless subscriber base and interest in Alaska Wireless Network, LLC. General Communication Inc. provides cable television service, Internet access, and Wireline and cellular telephone service throughout Alaska.
