Cahill Represents Underwriters in Add-on Notes Offering by Casella

Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan as joint book-running managers and Comerica Securities and Raymond James as co-managers in connection with the add-on public offering of $60,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.75% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2019 by Casella Waste Systems, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
