Cahill Represents Underwriter in Common Stock Offering by Rosetta Resources

Cahill represented Morgan Stanley as sole book-running manager in connection with the offering of 12,000,000 shares of common stock, resulting in gross proceeds of $204,500,000 by Rosetta Resources Inc. (NASDAQ: ROSE), an independent oil and gas company based in Houston, TX. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing indebtedness.
