Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in New Term Loan for Monitronics

Cahill represented Bank of America as Administrative Agent and BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and Credit Suisse as joint lead arrangers in connection with a $550 million term loan for Monitronics International, Inc., one of the nation's largest home security alarm monitoring companies.  The company used the proceeds to refinance existing indebtedness.
