Cahill represented Citi as sole book-running manager in connection with the secondary public offering of 20,000,000 shares of common stock by Nielsen N.V. (NYSE: NLSN), resulting in gross proceeds of $906,200,000. The selling stockholders received all of the proceeds of the sale.
