Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $475,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6% Senior Notes Due 2025 by FelCor Lodging Limited Partnership. Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
