Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Financing for Acquisition of TouchTunes

Cahill represented Citizens Bank as administrative agent and lead arranger, and SG Americas Securities as lead arranger in connection with the $195,000,000 Term B loan and revolving credit facility, and the $62,500,000 Second Lien Term B loan for SCP TPZ Parent, Inc., to be merged with and into TouchTunes Interactive Networks, Inc., the largest in-venue interactive music and entertainment platform, featured in over 60,000 bars and restaurants across North America. Proceeds from the facility were used in connection with the acquisition of TouchTunes by Searchlight Capital Partners.
