Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $465 Million Term Loan for Anchor Glass Container Corp

Cahill represented Credit Suisse as administrative agent and lead arranger and Barclays Bank as lead arranger in connection with a $465,000,000 Term B loan for Anchor Glass Container Corporation. Proceeds from the loan will be used to pay a dividend and to refinance existing indebtedness.
