Cahill Represents Arrangers in Amended Credit Facility for Atlantic Broadband

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and lead arranger, and Bank of Montreal, The Toronto-Dominion Bank, Union Bank, and CoBank as arrangers in connection with the amendments relating Atlantic Broadband’s $100,000,000 incremental Term A loan facility. The proceeds of the incremental term loan were used in connection with Atlantic Broadband’s acquisition of Connecticut cable operator MetroCast from Harron Communications.
