Cahill Represents Arrangers in $850 Million Credit Facility for HD Supply

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and lead arranger and the other arrangers in connection with the $850,000,000 incremental Term B loan for HD Supply, Inc. Proceeds from the facility were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
