Cahill represented the lead underwriter in connection with the public offering of 20,000,000 shares of common stock by Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ: NCLH), resulting in gross proceeds of $1,180,600,000. The selling stockholders received all of the proceeds of the sale.
