Cahill represented Credit Suisse as sole book-running manager in connection with the secondary public offering of 22,468,514 shares of common stock by Aramark (NYSE: ARMK), resulting in gross proceeds of $725,733,002.20. The selling stockholders received all of the proceeds of the sale.
