Cahill Represents ICON in $350 Million Senior Notes Offering

Cahill represented ICON plc, an Ireland-based contract research organization, in connection with the private placement by its subsidiary of $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.64% Senior Notes due 2020. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance certain existing indebtedness.
