Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Acquisition Financing for Activision Blizzard

Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A. as administrative agent and lead arranger and the other arrangers in connection with the new $2,300,000,000 Term A loan and the $250,000,000 revolving credit facility for Activision Blizzard, Inc., a worldwide online, PC, console, handheld and mobile game publisher. Proceeds from the offering were used in connection with Activision Blizzard’s acquisition of King Digital, a leading interactive entertainment company for the mobile world.
