Cahill Represents Arrangers in Credit Facility for Frontier Communications

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank as administrative agent and lead arranger and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith and Citigroup Global Markets as arrangers in connection with a term loan Credit Agreement for Frontier Communication.  Proceeds from the facility were used in connection with Frontier Communication’s acquisition of certain wireline properties from Verizon Communications Inc.
