Cahill Represents Bank of America in $250 Million Term Loan for Activision Blizzard

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a new $250,000,000 incremental Term A loan for Activision Blizzard, Inc., a worldwide online, PC, console, handheld and mobile game publisher. Proceeds from the loan were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
