Cahill represented J.P. Morgan and Capital One Securities as joint book-running mangers in connection with the add-on offering of $70,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 by Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC, a leading, fully-integrated property management, investment management and development and construction services company. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes and for the repayment of outstanding loans.
