Cahill represented Citi, BofA Merrill Lynch, and KeyBanc Capital Markets as joint book running managers and the co-managers in connection with the offering of 4,500,000 shares of common stock by Mercury Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MRCY), resulting in gross proceeds of $86,625,000. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, and in connection with the acquisition of the custom microelectronics, RF and microwave solutions, and embedded security operations of the Power and Microelectronics Group within Microsemi Corporation. Mercury Systems is a leading commercial provider of secure processing subsystems.
