Cahill represented Barclays Bank as administrative agent and lead arranger, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank as lead arrangers and Royal Bank of Canada, SunTrust Bank, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, and Citibank as arrangers in connection with a $242,500,000 revolving credit agreement for Nuance Communications, Inc., a provider of voice and language solutions for businesses and consumers worldwide.
