Cahill Represents Underwriters in $700 Million Senior Notes Offering by Tesoro Logistics

Cahill represented Citigroup and MUFG as joint global coordinators and the joint book-runners in connection with a public offering of $700,000,000 of Senior Notes, comprised of $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.125% Senior Notes due 2021 and $450,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.375% Senior Notes due 2024 by Tesoro Logistics. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing indebtedness.
