Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $900 Million Acquisition Financing for Brocade

Cahill represented Wells Fargo as administrative agent and lead arranger and Deutsche Bank Securities and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as lead arrangers in connection with a $900,000,000 credit facility, comprised of a $800,000,000 Term A loan, and a $100,000,000 revolving credit agreement by Brocade Communications Systems, Inc., a technology company specializing in data and storage networking products. Proceeds from the loan were used in connection with Brocade’s acquisition of Ruckus Wireless, a manufacturer of wireless networking equipment.
