Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $1.3 Billion Credit Facility for LifePoint Health

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with a $1,300,000,000 credit facility, comprised of a $700,000,000 Term A loan and a $600,000,000 revolving credit facility for LifePoint Health, Inc., an owner and operator of community hospitals, regional health systems, physician practices, outpatient centers, and post-acute facilities.  Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing indebtedness.
