Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and UBS Investment Bank as joint book-running managers and the co-managers in connection with the public offering of 6,000,000 Depositary Shares, each representing a 1/1,000th Interest in a Share of 5.875% Non-Cumulative Preference Shares, Series A, by Validus Holdings, Ltd. (NYSE: VRPRA), a provider of reinsurance and insurance. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
