Cahill represented Bank of Montreal as administrative agent and BMO Capital Markets as lead arranger in connection with a $35,000,000 upsizing of Pinnacle Operating Corporation’s existing revolving credit agreement. Pinnacle Operating Corporation, one of the leading farm supply distribution brands with over 100 locations across the southern United States. Proceeds from the facility are available for general corporate purposes.
