Cahill represented Deutsche Bank Securities as sole book-running manager in connection with the $1,500,000,000 senior notes offering, comprised of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.250% Senior Secured Notes due 2026 and $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.625% Senior Notes due 2026 by Hughes Satellite Systems Corporation, a holding company and a direct subsidiary of EchoStar, a global provider of satellite service operations, video delivery solutions, broadband satellite technologies, and broadband services for home and office customers. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
