Cahill Represents Underwriters in Common Stock Offering by VEREIT

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering by VEREIT, Inc. (NYSE: VER), resulting in gross proceeds of $723,810,000. The offering made available 69,000,000 shares of common stock, including the exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option. Proceeds from the transaction will be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing indebtedness.
