Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Term Loan Financing for Inteva Products

Cahill represented Deutsche Bank as administrative agent and lead arranger and Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank and TD Securities as arrangers in connection with a $180,000,000 Term Loan for Inteva Products, a customer-driven global supplier of engineered components and systems. Proceeds from the loan were used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing indebtedness.
