Cahill represented Merrill Lynch, Piere, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as dealer managers in exchange and cash tender offers by Range Resources Corporation to purchase or exchange certain of Memorial Resources Development Corp.'s and Range Resources Corporation's outstanding notes.
The transaction included four series of outstanding notes issued by Memorial and Range. The offers were executed in connection with the merger of Range Resources Corporation and Memorial Resources Development Corp.
