Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in €425 Million Notes Offering by Spectrum Brands

Cahill represented Deutsche Bank and the other initial purchasers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of €425,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4% Senior Notes due 2026 by Spectrum Brands, Inc. a global and diversified consumer products company. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
