Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in €180 Million Add-on Notes Offering by Alliance Automotive

Cahill represented Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited and UBS Limited as joint global coordinators and bookrunning managers and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc as joint bookrunner in connection with the add-on offering of €180,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2021 by Alliance Automotive Finance plc. Proceeds were used in connection with the acquisition of FPS Distribution from Lookers PLC.
