Cahill Represents Trans World Entertainment in Acquisition of Etailz

Cahill represented Trans World Entertainment Corporation, a leading specialty retailer of entertainment products, in connection with its acquisition of Etailz Inc., a leading digital marketplace retail expert.  The transaction, which included cash and stock consideration, is valued at approximately $75 million, including contingent consideration.
