Cahill Represents Underwriters in $750 Million Public Offering for Tesoro Logistics

Cahill represented RBC Capital Markets, BNP PARIBAS, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, PNC Capital Markets, and TD Securities as joint book-running managers in connection with the public offering of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.25% Senior Notes due 2025 by Tesoro Logistics LP and Tesoro Logistics Finance Corp. Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
