Cahill represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding as administrative agent in connection with a $100,000,000 Term A bridge loan for Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors, a global company that owns, acquires and develops high quality transportation equipment and infrastructure. Proceeds from the loan will be used for general corporate purposes, including future acquisitions.
