Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $400 Million Term Loan for Calpine Corporation

Cahill represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding as administrative agent and lead arranger, and the other lead arrangers, in connection with a $400,000,000 Term B loan for Calpine Corporation, America’s largest generator of electricity from natural gas and geothermal resources. Proceeds from the facility will be used to refinance existing credit.
