Cahill represented Citicorp North America as administrative agent, Citigroup Global Markets as lead arranger, and the other arrangers in connection with a repricing of the $2,200,000,000 term B loan facility of US Foods, Inc., a marketer and distributer of fresh, frozen, and dry food and non-food products to foodservice customers in the United States.
