Cahill Represents Underwriters in $2.18 Billion Common Stock Offering by Equinix

Cahill represented the joint book-running managers and the co-managers in connection with the offering of 6,069,444 shares of common stock by Equinix, Inc. (NASDAQ: EQIX), the world's largest IBX data center and colocation provider, resulting in gross proceeds of $2,184,999,840. Proceeds from the offering will be used in connection with Equinix’s acquisition of the colocation services business of Verizon Communications Inc.
