Cahill represented Citigroup as sole book-running manager in connection with the offering of 11,985,905 shares of common stock of TRI Pointe Group, Inc. (NYSE: TPH), resulting in gross proceeds of $152,940,147.80. The selling stockholders received all of the proceeds of the sale. TRI Pointe Group, Inc. is one of the nation’s largest homebuilders.
